Overlords!
:bulletred: Hey, guys! I'm Emily (known as Faith to a lot of people on here), and I'm from Wisconsin. I'm nineteen, and in my first year of college. I'm a fellow writer on dA (: I started off as just the reporter here, but I've moved up to the overlord of the group. It's a lot of fun, and I hope you guys enjoy the group as much as I do (: You can reach me at my personal account: *losingmyfaith.

:bulletgreen: Hello all. I'm Kay, known around the lit community as =GwenavhyeurAnastasia, and I'm your resident editor. Basically, I tidy up all the little grammatical things, making sure our journals, articles, and page look nice and neat. I'll also be doing some different workshops on different aspects of writing, from prose to various types of poetry. If you have a suggestion for workshops, news articles, or anything at all, please note me over at =GwenavhyeurAnastasia. I answer all comments and notes on a regular basis. Look forward to speaking with you; have a good one!
I'm also currently helping out as an overlord, and I'm taking applications for staff. Just note me if you're interested in becoming part of the team.

Chatroom/Workshop Admins!
:bulletgreen: Hey, my name's Tahn. I'm from Brisbane, Australia. I joined *project-improve because it is a stellar idea, and I knew that with someone like Rachel leading it, it would go places. I've always loved writing. I'm here to run the chatrooms, but I also help out with whatever else I can. Feel free to note me here, or at my dA.
~indie-isnt-indie ^_^

:bulletblack: Sup, I'm Devin -- *ChloroformBoy. Seventeen. From Las Vegas, Nevada. I joined so I could feel important by helping people out and am one of the workshop admins! I tend to be ambivalent.

Contest and Challenge admins!
:bulletblue: 'Ello, my name is Sibel; I'm from Sydney, Australia.
I became a member because, let's face it, it's a great cause and all people need is inspiration and support, and that's what we're all here to to do. More specifically I'll be the mastermind behind the challenges and contests, and I hope you all decide to and enjoy participating in them. I'll also be lending help with our prosetry section where possible. If you'd like to contact me, I am at ~blue-pixies.

Feature Admins!
:bulletred: Hi, I'm Kestrel and I'm from America. I joined because I think this is a great idea and because I love helping people out. I'm a poetry feature admin, so I'm basically here to give credit to some fantastic pieces of literature. If you have any suggestions or need help or anything just note me at ~KestrelAspen.

:bulletblack: raah. my name is rory; i'm the general feature admin. writing keeps me grounded, so i have a lot to thank it for. i'm quite narcissistic and rude, but if you give me a chance i'll take a look at your stuff and tell you what i think. [: you can find me at ~eaglewarrio9.

:bulletpink: Hello, I'm Jimmy (but we call him jimikami) and I'm a prose feature admin here on *project-improve, and proud of it. I live in the United States, Florida to be exact, and I love to help aspiring writers with their work. When it comes to my features I give credit where credit is due, and if you need help, I'll help you! Feel free to note me here if you have any suggestions or need help - ~Sivamet.

Schedule Admin
:bulletorange: Hi, my name is Lain, I'm 16, and I love dancing and writing. I'm the schedule admin and I'll be dealing with the craziness of timezones and deadlines. =] I'm really looking forward to working with you all. Speaking of schedules! I'm late, I'm late for a very important date! (Just had to do it!) Please, feel free to contact me at =XxWreckoningxX if you have any questions regarding time.

Critics!
:bulletpurple: Hi all! I'm Leonard, a 19 year old from the insignificant island of Malta! My position is poetry critic. I'll be putting a watch on all of you so as to get to know my fellow *project-improve colleagues. Drop by to my corner of dA to get to know more about me, my poetry, and my critique. Take care y'all! *Leurindal.

:bulletgreen:Hey world, I'm "The Other Rachel", so please call me Chel to clear up any identity issues. I'm the prose critique admin. I'd love to help writers improve, so note *project-improve if you want feedback on any piece of prose(try) whatsoever. Also, I love writing and getting to know people, so you're welcome to note me/swing by for a chat/take a look around at ~oneofthose-rachels. See you around!

Who are we?
*project-improve was founded on the 7th of September this year, and we are a group dedicated to helping new artists to improve. We are not here to give artists publicity; instead we focus on helping to improve techniques and skills.

What do we do?
We support, help, and encourage you!
Every other Friday, we will be publishing a news article which will include features, interviews and any upcoming news, contests, challenges, writing workshops, and lessons.

We also offer free critiques to our members! To join, please see this journal.
To receive a critique, all you have to do is note us with the subject 'critique' and the genre the deviation is in. Ex. - critique-prose, for the subject line of the note.
Anyone can participate in these critiques, not just subscribers. For those without subscriptions, critiques will just be left in comments.

Workshops? umm.. what?
You know the English lessons you wish you had? That's what they'll be like. We're not only going to have guest 'teachers' holding workshops on their style of writing, things that inspire them, writing challenges etc. We will also hold chats about basic grammar functions, what's right and wrong in poetry and prose, and what's just artistic license.
These will be held in our chatroom or forum on most weekends.

Just literature?
At the moment, we are only focusing on improving dA literature, as our personal experiences are predominantly in literature. Although, with time we hope to see *project-improve expand, and as volunteer staff and helper numbers grow, we may be able to offer workshops, contests, critiques, and interviews with other styles of art.

Support us?
We are new and would greatly appreciate any help and support that you are willing to provide. This includes simple things like: linking to us, telling your friends/watchers, watching us, or becoming a member.

Questions?
If you have any questions or queries, feel free to note either Kay, at =GwenavhyeurAnastasia, or Emily, at *losingmyfaith; also feel free to ask any of our other admins, who can be found in this journal.

More information will be available soon, including where the idea came from, who’s involved, and what we’re doing, etc.

Take care,
The *project-improve team.
